Connecting Families. Creating Conversations.

WellWovenFamilies exists for parents and caregivers of tweens, teens, and young adults who may be experiencing challenges during the adolescent years, having difficulties navigating the new and changing world in which we live, or thoughtfully preparing for these years of seeking autonomy and identity.

Ways to connect with us

Through groups, workshops, and one-on-one guidance, WellWovenFamilies is a positive educational resource for parents and caregivers of tweens and teens, with a goal of building, repairing, and strengthening the weave in familial relationships.

Janey works with parents of teens, tweens, and young adults who continually feel disconnected from their child(ren) build communication and relationship skills so they have a lifelong connection.

LGBTQIA+

WellWovenFamilies advocates for the LGBTQIA+ community and offers ways caregivers can provide needed support in this area.

Communication

Healthy communication between tweens/teens and their caregivers helps adolescents thrive and reinforces strong familial relationships.
