  • Weave /wēv/verb: to make a complex story or pattern from a number of interconnected elements.

    I love the metaphor of weaving: each individual family member is comprised of many “threads” that also connect to the family as a whole. At times these threads can become unwoven. Having a better understanding of what these threads are and how they are interconnected can allow us to create a stronger weave that stands the test of time.

  • Adolescence begins as early as 9 years old. WellWovenFamilies is designed to help caregivers of children ages 9-21.

  • WellWovenFamilies requires a 50% deposit to secure your spot with the remainder due at time of service. If life happens and you need to cancel, if your request is received within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Less than 24 hours notice, you will have the option to move your deposit to another date/time.

  • Currently, all services are via Zoom. There may be possibilities for future in-person classes/workshops/private sessions in the Oklahoma City area.

  • Yes! If a class or workshop is full, you have the option to email us and be added to the waitlist.

  • WellWovenFamilies is private pay only. We do not provide mental health services, therefore we do not take insurance, nor are superbills provided.
